It is a shame

Bella intervista del NYT a Noam Chomsky. Dovrebbe far pensare tutti quei cretini che pensano che criticare lo stato di Israele sia uguale ad essere antisemiti, oppure che criticare Bush e la sua politica estera voglia dire odiare gli USA e gli americani.

I objected to the founding of Israel as a Jewish state. I don’t think a Jewish or Christian or Islamic state is a proper concept. I would object to the United States as a Christian state.

It is a shame that critics of Israeli policies are seen as either anti-Semites or self-hating Jews. It’s grotesque. If an Italian criticized Italian policies, would he be seen as a self-hating Italian? […]

Secondo i cretini nostrani chi critica il governo italiano non è un anti-italiano, è un comunista terrorista e “tendenzialmente omicida”.

Sì, peccato che Chomskino e antisionisti nostrani che usano quest’argomento dimentichino che gli Ebrei sono anche un popolo, e quando si dice che Israele è uno “stato ebraico” si intende proprio che è lo stato nazionale del popolo ebraico. Il paragone con uno Stato cristiano o Stato islamico non ha senso, queste ultime sono confessioni religiose, e non anche etnìe.
